We are currently looking for a Junior Talent & Culture Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. Someone who is organized, proactive, people-oriented, and excited to help shape a strong performance and values-driven culture. We’re not looking for perfection, but more on that below.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of recruitment, organizational development, and process coordination. While the role is all-rounded, we are especially looking for someone who can improve our performance review processes to support stronger performance and accountability across the company.

We Don’t Expect Perfection

You do not need to know everything from day one.

If you are someone who is, proactive, eager to learn, and excited about building better systems for people and performance, we would still love to hear from you! Maybe you have only limited exposure to recruitment, OKRs, performance reviews, or SOP development, but you are hungry to grow and willing to learn quickly. That mindset matters a lot to us.

This role also involves coordinating timelines, follow-ups, and projects with stakeholders across different levels of the company, including leadership. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate recruitment processes end-to-end
  • Conduct and coordinate online & offline interviews in English and, where needed, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Manage job postings across ATS platforms and job boards
  • Coordinate quarterly KPI & OKR cycles across departments
  • Coordinate quarterly performance review processes and follow-ups
  • Support the improvement of performance-based and values-driven review systems
  • Build, maintain, review, and help enforce SOPs and internal processes
  • Coordinate quarterly team building and employee engagement activities
  • Administer and maintain company tools such as Google Workspace and other tools

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Talent, Recruitment, People Operations, or related fields
  • Experience coordinating recruitment and remote hiring processes is highly preferred
  • Comfortable conducting interviews and communicating professionally in English
  • Experience with KPI, OKR and Holacracy
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-through skills
  • Interest in performance management and organizational development
  • Experience with SOP creation, maintenance, or process improvement is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid and fast-moving environment
  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail
  • Collaborative, people-oriented, and proactive mindset
