Job description for Junior Staff Akuntansi at PT MAAS Standard Consulting
Qualifications:
* Minimum S1 in Accounting/Tax with GPA ≥ 3,00
* At least 1–2 years of work experience in accounting or accounting consultancy
* Strong understanding of the accounting cycle
* Familiar with PSAK applicable in Indonesia
* Knowledgeable about taxation regulations in Indonesia
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas and handling large data sets)
* Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under deadlines (multi-client management)
* Able to work independently or in a team and have good communication skills with various parties
* Able to manage financial reports and record business transactions
* Willing to work overtime, including on weekdays or holidays, when required
* Willing to be assigned to a contractor company in Cikarang
Job Desk:
* Evaluate internal controls and identify risks or discrepancies in the financial statements
* Prepare working papers and analysis documentation systematically
* Coordinate with the client team for data needs and resolving findings
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve the client's accounting processes
