Social Media Manager Intern, Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Content & Publishing

- Schedule and publish posts according to the editorial calendar

- Draft captions in line with each brand's tone of voice

- Organize and manage client assets (photos, videos, graphics)

Community Management

- Respond to comments and DMs under the senior's supervision

- Monitor mentions, tags, and UGC opportunities

Organic Strategy (learning focus)

- Research trends, audio, and relevant hashtags

- Analyze competitors and gather references

- Contribute to content brainstorming and track basic insights (reach, saves, engagement)

Photoshoot Coordination (Bali-based)

- Support shoot organization: location scouting, scheduling, shot lists

- Coordinate with photographers, talent, and locations on-site

- Manage asset flow from shoot to editing

Support & Coordination

- Assist the senior with daily tasks and deadlines

- Update reports and internal trackers

- Join client calls, taking notes and action items

Profile

- Based in Bali, available for on-site shoots

- Eager to learn organic social strategies
