Job description for Junior Social Media & Digital Designer at Centuro Media Creative
We are looking for a creative, visually driven, and digitally savvy Social Media & Digital Designer to join our team and work closely with clients in Bali. This role is ideal for someone who is not only skilled in graphic design and social media content creation, but also understands how to use modern AI tools to develop creative visual content efficiently. The successful candidate will also be involved in photography and videography projects for our clients, including content production, social media campaigns, brand activations, and digital marketing materials. You will work with a dynamic team and have the opportunity to create content for different brands and clients across Bali.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging visual content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, campaign materials, digital advertisements, and other creative assets.
- Develop creative concepts, visual directions, moodboards, and content ideas based on client requirements.
- Use AI tools to support and accelerate the creative production process, including tools such as Canva AI, Kling AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or other relevant AI platforms.
- Create and edit AI-assisted images, videos, animations, and other digital content.
- Conduct photography and videography sessions for clients in Bali.
- Capture high-quality images and videos for social media, marketing campaigns, events, hospitality, lifestyle, tourism, and other client projects.
- Edit images and videos for social media and digital campaigns.
- Stay up to date with current social media trends, visual trends, AI developments, and content formats.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop content that is visually strong, engaging, and aligned with each client's brand identity.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver creative work within agreed deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, Social Media Designer, Content Creator, Photographer, Videographer, or in a similar creative role.
- Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, colour, branding, and storytelling.
- Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience using AI creative tools such as Canva AI, Kling AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools.
- Able to use AI tools creatively and effectively, including writing prompts and refining AI-generated content.
- Able to take and edit high-quality images and videos.
- Familiar with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar applications.
- Understanding of social media content formats and trends, especially Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Able to work on-site and travel to client locations across Bali when required.
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand and translate client requirements into creative visual content.
- A portfolio is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree (S1)
- Experience working with hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, luxury, F&B, property, or international brands (additional).
- Experience working with clients or creative agencies.
- Experience in content production, campaign development, or social media management.
- Knowledge of basic lighting, camera equipment, composition, and cinematography.
- Experience working with AI-generated visual content and AI-assisted creative workflows.
