Job description for Junior Salesforce Developer at PT Total Cloud Solutions
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and customization of Salesforce solutions.
- Assist in configuring Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Reports.
- Participate in requirement gathering, testing, and deployment activities.
- Develop and maintain basic Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL queries.
- Assist in building and maintaining Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Support data migration and data quality activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support during implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and senior developers to deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Continuously learn Salesforce best practices and new platform capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, C#, or Python.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Salesforce Platform, CRM systems, or cloud technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Flows, or Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Completion of Salesforce Trailhead modules or personal Salesforce projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is an advantage.
