🚨 OPEN TO WORK — JUNIOR SALES MARKETING
We’re looking for a motivated and target-driven Junior Sales to join our team!
📌 Position: Junior Sales
💰 Salary: UMR
💼 Commission: 2% from every successful PO
⏳ Probation: 6 months
🎯 Annual KPI Target: IDR 12 Billion
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, ambitious, and target-oriented
• Willing to learn and grow in the sales industry
• Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients
• Comfortable working with sales targets
During the 6-month probation period, performance will be evaluated based on sales achievement and the ability to generate Purchase Orders (PO).
