Job description for Junior Sales (Fresh Graduate Program) at Logiframe (PT Theta Jaya Sejahtera)

Logiframe is a trusted IT consulting and business solutions provider, delivering end-to-end technology solutions that help organizations optimize operations, improve decision-making, and drive growth. Our services include ERP implementation, Cloud Accounting Systems, Business Process Outsourcing, CRM, and technology consulting.

We are looking for fresh graduates to join our Junior Sales Program, designed to develop future sales professionals in the technology and consulting industry. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, proactive, and interested in building a long-term career in B2B sales.

Job Description:

  • Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential clients for Logiframe’s IT solutions, especially ERP, CRM, Accounting Systems.
  • Assist in lead generation through market research, outbound outreach, events, and digital campaigns.
  • Participate in discovery meetings to understand clients’ business needs and challenges.
  • Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and product demos.
  • Assist in preparing commercial proposals, pricing summaries, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline data and CRM records accurately.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects under guidance from senior sales members.
  • Learn to build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (consultants, marketing, and operations) to support sales activities.
  • Continuously learn about Logiframe’s solutions, industry trends, and B2B sales best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Graduates from top universities in Indonesia (both public and reputable private universities such as UI, ITB, UGM, BINUS, UPH, Trisakti, Atma Jaya, Prasetiya Mulya, UMN, or equivalent) are a strong advantage.
  • Strong interest in sales, consulting, and technology solutions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn B2B sales processes and client engagement.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of ERP, CRM, Accounting Systems, or business software is a plus (not mandatory).
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
