Qualification:
- Minimum Education : D3 Electrical Engineering / Physics
- Minimum 1 years experience as a Electrical Sales Engineer / Electrical Engineer
- Possess a valid Class A Driving License (SIM A)
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects, features, and applications of the product or service offered.
- providing technical expertise to assist in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Create and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and address customer needs.
- Interact directly with clients to understand their technical requirements and align solutions accordingly.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate technical solutions that meet customer needs.
- Crafting technical proposals, bids, and quotations.
- Tailor technical solutions to align with specific client requirements or industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to potential clients during the sales process, addressing queries and concerns.
- Offer technical assistance and guidance to customers after the sale, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any technical issues.
- Prepare technical documents, reports, and case studies to support the sales process and maintain records of customer interactions.
- Relay customer feedback, market insights, and product improvement suggestions to relevant internal teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments like product development, marketing, and Engineering team to ensure alignment in delivering customer solutions.
- Achieving sales target.
- Answering phone calls and responding in punctual way.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in technical sales or industrial automation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willing to conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical support on-site.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (preferred) and willing to travel for business purposes.
