Minimal Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) semua jurusan (Manajemen, Pemasaran, Komunikasi, atau Sistem Informasi lebih disukai).
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang sales/marketing (bidang Digital Channels diutamakan)
Familiar dan aktif menggunakan platform digital seperti TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, dll
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang baik secara tertulis maupun lisan.
Mampu membaca data penjualan sederhana dan memahami tren pasar digital dasar.
Proaktif, berorientasi pada target, mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, dan nyaman bekerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis (fast-paced).
