Job description for Junior Retail Buyer at FLADEO GROUP
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or related field
- at least 1 year of Experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in a buying, merchandising, or administrative role within retail is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office excel, powerpoint
- Experience with ERP Systems
- Ability to work independently and willing to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Senior Buyers with all aspects of their role across administration, communication, reporting, data analysis and various other tasks
- Maintaining accurate merchandise databases and internal records.
- Supporting the internal departments by ensuring all data entry information is accurate, up to date and maintained.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of new product and maintain positive relationships at all times.
- Identify assortment opportunities and discuss new product categories with senior buyers.
