Job description for JUNIOR RESERVATIONS & CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANTS at MEDITERRANEAN NUSA CORP
We are hiring two Junior Reservations & Customer Support Assistants in Kuta, Lombok, to support the 5StarsHome team.
This is an opportunity for motivated candidates with strong English skills to develop a career in reservations and customer service. You will receive online training from our team in Spain, starting with supervised support tasks and gradually taking on more responsibility.
All training and work communication will be in English.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer enquiries and reservation requests.
- Update booking information and administrative records accurately.
- Coordinate with the team in Spain.
- Follow procedures and check details carefully.
Requirements:
- Strong spoken and written English is essential.
- Confidence using computers, email and spreadsheets.
- Reliability, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work in Kuta, Lombok, and start as soon as possible.
Tourism or hospitality studies are an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome. Previous reservations experience is helpful but not essential; training will be provided.
Monthly gross salary: IDR 5,000,000–6,000,000 per person, depending on skills and relevant experience.
Working hours: Afternoon/evening shift, from 3:00 PM until 10:00–11:00 PM, Lombok time.
