Job description for Junior Quality Assurance at Celerates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Manual Testing.
- Experience in manual testing, including test case creation, test execution, bug reporting, and regression testing.
- Experience working on banking or financial services projects is required.
- Familiar with Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Familiar with API testing and basic SQL/database queries.
- Experience using testing and bug-tracking tools such as JIRA, Postman, TestRail, or similar tools.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with developers, business users, and other stakeholders.
- Willing to work in a banking environment and adapt to project requirements.
- Available ASAP.
