Job description for Junior Quality Assurance at Solutionlabs Grup Indonesia
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design QA/QC testing strategies based on system characteristics and user requirements.
- Perform White Box, Black Box, Load Test & Stress Test.
- Conduct positive and negative testing to ensure system reliability.
- Configure and implement Automated Testing for DevOps workflows.
- Communicate QA/QC findings and improvement recommendations to developers.
- Support security testing, including penetration testing when required.
- Ensure system quality after the QA/QC screening process.
- Prepare structured test case, testing process, testing result, and recommendation documentation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years of experience as QA/QC in software development.
- Experience handling QA/QC for at least 4 systems/applications
- Able to develop QA/QC testing strategies and documentation.
- Able to adapt QA/QC strategies to new technology adoption.
- Strong understanding of OWASP & Clean Code principles.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
NICE TO HAVE
QA experience in mining ecosystem.
Previous experience as a Developer.
QA/QC certification or training.
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification.
Experience with Automated Testing / Robotic Testing.
