Job description for Junior Quality Assurance at Celerates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) or Software Tester
- Strong understanding of Manual Testing concepts and methodologies
- Experience creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test reports
- Familiar with defect tracking and bug reporting processes
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Contribute to automated testing using tools such Katalon as is a plus
- Available ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and system requirements to create test scenarios and test cases
- Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs or defects
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure product quality
- Prepare testing documentation and reports
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities when required
