Job description for Junior Quality Assurance Tester at Foxion Technologies

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join an exciting large-scale project: the Danantara Indonesia Ecosystem — a national-level digital transformation initiative. You will be working as part of an outsourcing team on the development of enterprise-grade applications within this ecosystem.
We are looking for driven professionals who are ready to contribute to one of Indonesia's most impactful technology projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design test scenarios (test cases) for mobile and backend applications
- Conduct functionality, performance, and security testing
- Report bugs and perform regression testing
- Collaborate with the development team on bug fixes
- Document testing results and bug reports in a structured manner
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proficient in manual and automation testing (Selenium / Appium)
- Familiar with QA tools such as JIRA or TestRail
- Understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA Testing for mobile and web apps
- Bachelor's in Informatics Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
- Relevant certifications preferred
