Opportunity:
We are looking for an exceptional Junior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure our mobile app and web app meet users' expectations in performance, functionality, and consistency.
Objectives & Responsibilities:
Manual Testing:
- Conduct thorough testing of our mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web applications in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools.
- Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not affect existing functionality.
Automation Knowledge:
- Collaborate in implementing automated testing frameworks and scripts.
- Assist in selecting appropriate automation tools and technologies.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure features and user experiences align with specifications.
- Participate in development sprint planning, providing QA insights and estimates.
Quality Assurance Processes:
- Develop testing strategies and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and guidelines.
Data Analysis:
- Assist in analyzing user data and app event tracking to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback based on data insights to enhance product quality.
Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Basic knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks for mobile apps (e.g., Detox, Appium, Katalon).
- Strong knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman or similar.
- Experience in performance testing for mobile apps is a plus
- Familiarity with coding and UX/UI design is a plus.
