Job description for Junior Product Operation at Lakuemas Indonesia
Primary responsibilities include overseeing customer and market research, monitoring and executing daily product usage, and ensuring the smooth implementation and utilization of products.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the development and iteration of the product aligns with market needs.
- Ensure the onboarding process of the product proceeds according to the plan.
- Disseminate information accurately.
- Develop and update Product Requirement Documents (PRD).
- Develop the usage of tools and software, and implement new tools for the product team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Business Process (Re-engineering and Optimization) and Project Management.
- Ability to analyze data in detail.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to create business workflows, design systems, and/or sequence diagrams is an added advantage.
