Job description for Junior Product Manager at Foxion Technologies

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join an exciting large-scale project: the Danantara Indonesia Ecosystem — a national-level digital transformation initiative. You will be working as part of an outsourcing team on the development of enterprise-grade applications within this ecosystem.
We are looking for driven professionals who are ready to contribute to one of Indonesia's most impactful technology projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors effectively
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop project objectives and ensure technical feasibility
- Create detailed project plans to track team progress
- Direct and motivate team members in completing assigned tasks
- Submit periodic reports to the PMO as required
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure alignment between satellite apps and the running Oracle ERP system
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Product Manager in application development
- Hands-on Oracle project experience (Oracle ERP / EBS / APEX) — required
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage and resolve project issues proactively
- Familiar with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar)
- Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge preferred
- Bachelor's in Informatics Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
- PMP / PRINCE2 or Oracle certifications preferred
