Job description for Junior PMC at Pt Adis Dimension Footwear
A full-time on-site role at PT Adis Dimension Footwear in Balaraja, Tangerang, who responsible for ensuring smooth material availability by checking vendor allocations, communicating with vendor to gather material details and required documents, and coordinating with internal teams to update material data.
PT Adis Dimension Footwear is one of the leading shoes manufacturing in Indonesia, we currently produce shoes under the brand name of Nike, and was established on Mei 1989. Our company located in Jalan Raya Serang Km 24, Balaraja-Tangerang, about 38 km (24 miles) from capital city of Jakarta. We started our first production on March 1990 with all of our product are exported to several destination countries such as Belgium, Japan, China, USA and Argentina. We proudly produce three major shoes categories, Young Athlete (YA), Nike Sport Wear (NSW) and Tennis.
We work professionally with the world standard ISO:14001 and OHSAS:18001 to maintain good performance in Health, Safety and Environtment Management System. Due to our commitment to always improve our company's HSE, we were being awarded Zero Accident Company (2013) by Government and also honoured with Green Level of “Program Penilaian Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan (PROPER)” from State Minister of Environment (2011-2012).
Our employees development is our priority, to improve the quality and competencies of our workers, we routinely organize and deliver some training programs such as INCC, NOS, Communication and Supervisory Skill, Management Trainee, Shoe Master Academy, Young Talent Acceleration and another internal and external training. After more than 27 years of working in footwear industry, PT Adis Dimension Footwear awarded as one of the best shoes factory in Indonesia.
