Job description for Junior Payroll Consultant at Smart Advisory Solutions Bali

As an AOS Payroll Junior you are required to:
- Handle our clients’ monthly payroll computation work through Larona.
- Organize payroll supporting documents of our clients (such as employees’ timesheets, update HR data like new hires and terminations, salary deductions, allowances, and changes on employees’ salary rates).
- Performing monthly PPh 21 reconciliation processes.
- Assist AOS Payroll Seniors to collect the required payroll data and information from the clients.
- Assist AOS Payroll Seniors to prepare the monthly payroll reports and payslips of our clients.
- Assist AOS Payroll Seniors to prepare BPJS schedules and send BPJS Invoice to our clients monthly.
- Assist AOS Payroll Seniors to register and unregister employees from the BPJS online system.
- Report and answers to AOS Payroll Senior
Requirements:
- Strong team spirit, openness, common sense & dedication.
- Holds at least an associate degree (D3) in Tax major or equivalent.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Good communication skills.
- Analytical and creative thinking,
- Good self-organization skills.
- Good self-presentation.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, Accounting System, etc.
- Basic knowledge in PPh 21 (payroll tax).
- Good command in PSAK and/or IFRS
