As a Operations Executive, you will work to support students in staying motivated and on track to get the best out of their learning experience and eventually be hired following the completion of the program. With your data-driven and diligent personality, you will be one of the key players in building a more impactful Career Support team by gathering and managing valuable data both qualitative and quantitative regarding students, Career Coaches, and internal operations, so we can provide the most effective solutions to help students in getting their dream job.

More specifically you will:
Regularly track, update, and report student progress status and Career Coaches activities through data on given tools and platforms.
Provide data by recollecting, research, or conduct new surveys to help the Career Support team in understanding certain situations in order to make better decisions.
Manage automated and manual alerts regarding attendance, performance, and the student experience.
Provide evidence-based insights for the Career Support team in order to help students and Career Coaches better.
Improve students' motivation and performance through data-based intervention.
Collaborate with other core units within RevoU in building and executing projects or initiatives to improve student learning and development.
Proactively identify and help both students and Career Coaches when they face challenges.
Requirements:
Deep and genuine passion in supporting the career growth and development of young talents and people looking to change their career for the better. You will need to prove to us how you translated such passion into specific, calculated actions throughout your own experiences.
Data oriented and analytical. Although you are passionate about people, somehow you also love sitting in front of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel “playing around” with tables, charts and graphs. You enjoy collecting and analyzing data, may it be in numbers or words. Your motto is “I can’t improve what I don’t measure.”
Growth mindset and diligence. You always learn and improve. You stick with challenges until you come out victorious. Due to your analytical skills, you track things down until you can see the core problem and work it out . Pre-Assessment questions (MANDATORY)
Please answer these as thoroughly as possible as they are a key factor for you to land a first interview:
1. Assume you are working at RevoU and you notice that halfway through the program, students are not doing 1 on 1 sessions with their Career Coaches anymore. What will you do to fix this? Walk us through your step by step approach to identify the root cause of the problem and try to use as few but impactful steps as possible.
2. You are faced with three tasks, but the time is tight so you can only do one. Given your role, which task will you prioritise, and why did you choose that?
A. Finalise weekly report on how many students got offered, how many already interviewed, and how many still haven’t finished their CV.
B. Meeting with your program manager to discuss how to minimise the numbers of students who are missing in action.
C. Research what new curriculum the Faculty team should add to better prepare students for interviews.
