Job Description
• Manage daily marketplace operations on Shopee, Tokopedia/Tiktok, and Zalora
• Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, prices, and stock.
• Assist in preparing and executing marketplace campaigns and promotions.
• Manage vouchers, flash sales, product bundles, and promotional activities.
• Monitor daily sales, orders, traffic, and product performance.
• Support Live Commerce activities and marketplace promotions.
• Monitor competitors' pricing, promotions, and product trends.
• Manage marketplace CRM end to end journey
• Assist in all marketing activity (KOL, Social Media, etc)
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Marketing, Business, or Management.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of marketplace experience is preferred.
• Familiar with Shopee, Zalora, Tokopedia & Tiktok
• Basic understanding of marketplace campaigns, promotions, and advertising.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work with targets and deadlines.
• Experience in fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus.
