Job description for Junior Legal at PT Sapta Jayasejati Indonesia

Junior Legal is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for the company’s legal activities, including legal document management, coordination of legal processes, and support in handling legal matters in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

JOB & RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Assist in the company’s legal administrative and operational processes.
  2. Prepare, review, and manage legal documents such as letters, agreements, reports, and other supporting documents.
  3. Support asset recovery processes, including coordination, collection follow-up, settlement negotiations, and related document management.
  4. Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and external parties regarding the company’s legal matters.
  5. Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to legal activities in a timely manner.
  6. Support the implementation of company activities in compliance with applicable laws, company SOPs, and internal policies.
  7. Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information in accordance with the company’s code of ethics.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  2. Good communication skills in both Bahasa and English
  3. Prior legal experience will be considered a plus.
  4. Understanding of basic corporate legal and legal administrative processes.
  5. Able to draft and review legal documents.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document administration.
  7. Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
