In this role, you will act as the trusted legal and compliance partner for BHA's external clients, serving as the direct link between businesses and Indonesian regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities
- Corporate Licensing Management: Process, manage, and secure business licenses, permits, and corporate compliance setups for multiple BHA clients.
- Immigration Services: Handle end-to-end visa processing, work permits, and stay permit applications in Indonesia.
- Government & Authority Liaison: Coordinate directly with Indonesian government ministries and immigration offices to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Legal Documentation Support: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, corporate resolutions, and official application documents for client review.
- Client Communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact for routine client legal inquiries, providing clear, professional, and compliant updates.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven junior-level experience handling corporate licensing and immigration services in Indonesia. Experience in an agency, legal consulting firm, or corporate services environment is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: * Strong hands-on understanding of the Indonesian OSS system and immigration portals.
- Familiarity with local Indonesian corporate laws, ministry regulations, and foreigners employment compliance.
