Job description for Junior Law Associate at Alchemist Group
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research (e.g., desktop research, field investigation, interviews, document reviews, etc), and prepare legal documents.
- Prepare for and attend legal proceedings
- Analyze conflicts and advise clients on legal solutions
- Prepare high-quality written, oral, or visual reports in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Keeping up-to-date with any changes in the legislation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
- Experience in procurement processes is preferred
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal associate
- Holder of Advocate License (Kartu Advokat) is a must
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication in English
- Proficiency in Excel and PPT
