Job description for Junior Java Developer at Pt. Tiga Daya Digital Indonesia

Job Description

Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Design and implement RESTful APIs that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to support application performance.
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Perform bug fixing, debugging, and application performance optimization.
Manage source code and participate in version control workflows using GitLab.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Java Backend Developer or Software Engineer.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software design principles.
Hands-on experience developing applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Good knowledge of SQL, including database design, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
Experienced in using GitLab for source code management and version control.
Familiar with RESTful API development and backend integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
