Job description for Junior IT Consultant at Multimatics ID
Responsibilities
- Become part of the Consultant team to provide solutions, resolve problems in the IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (ITGRC), IT Service Management, and Cyber Security area.
- Responsible for completing tasks from the Consulting Team and other related Departments in carrying out daily tasks.
- Provide support to the team leader during implementation activities, and/or after sales support.
- Maintaining good relationship with the customer and the company's internal team.
- Adapt and understand the regulation developments related to the IT GRC, ITSM, and Cyber Security best practices, frameworks or standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences in IT GRC, ITSM, and Cyber Security is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Information System (IS) or Information Technology (IT).
- Min. GPA 3.0 out of 4.0.
- Thorough knowledge in IT GRC, ITSM, Information Security and/or Project Management.
- Has experienced in IT GRC, ITSM, and Cyber Security projects.
- Has valid certification in IT GRC, ITSM, and Cyber Security field such as ISO 27001, COBIT 5, ITIL, ISO 20000, etc.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and/or Microsoft Visio.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Highly interested in writing, research and outreach.
- Flexible and positive attitude towards work.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with great presentation skills.
- Willing to travel out of town.
