Job description for JUNIOR HRD at PT Borneo Megah Sejahtera

HRD memiliki peran penting dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia di suatu perusahaan. Berikut adalah beberapa tanggung jawab dan tugas utama HRD:

  1. Melakukan tugas administrasi terkait rekrutmen dan seleksi.
  2. Mengurus manajemen kinerja.
  3. Mengelola dan memelihara databas catatan karyawan, termasuk data pribadi, riwayat pekerjaan, dan informasi lainnya yang relevan.
  4. Memproses administrasi terkait cuti, izin, dan kesehatan karyawan.
  5. Mendukung dalam pelaksanaan program pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan.
  6. Mengelola dan memantau program kesejahteraan karyawan.

Interview process

Proses Tahapan Rekrutmen adalah sebagai berikut:
