We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our social media strategists, content creators, and marketing team to produce eyecatching visuals that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Graphic Creation: Design and produce high quality graphics, including images, infographics, animations, and video snippets tailored for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram)
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand’s identity, guidelines, and messaging across different social media channels.
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with the social media team to develop creative concepts and ideas that support marketing campaigns and content strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with social media trends, design trends, and emerging technologies to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media graphics and adjust designs based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and resources for efficient content creation.
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve design outputs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showcasing your work in social media design.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their design requirements, and best practices.
- Ability to create visually appealing designs that drive engagement and align with brand guidelines.
- Knowledge of basic animation and video editing is a plus.
- Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and bring innovative design solutions to the table.
