Job description for Junior Finance at PT. Hakuna Matata Pelaut
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance/accounting (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (Accurate, SAP, etc.) is a plus
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Job Description:
• Assist in daily financial operations, including data entry and transaction recording
• Support the preparation of financial reports (monthly/annual)
• Assist in handling invoices, payments, and billing processes
• Maintain and organize financial documents and records
• Support tax administration and documentation (VAT, Income Tax, etc.)
• Assist in financial reconciliation and reporting processes
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related matters
Preferred / Nice to Have:
• Understanding of employee taxation and/or corporate taxation in Indonesia (PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT/PPN, etc.)
• Familiarity with tax administration, tax reporting, and supporting tax documentation
• Experience handling payroll tax or company tax-related processes is a plus
