Job Brief
Handle company finance and tax administration with a key focus on independently preparing and submitting Indonesia's annual corporate income tax return through DJP/Coretax systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Independently prepare, review and file the annual corporate income tax return (SPT Tahunan PPh Badan) using the relevant DJP/Coretax system.
• Maintain invoices, receipts, payment proofs, bank statements and other financial documentation.
• Track and recap basic income, expenses and payment records accurately.
• Prepare and submit administrative documents via required online portals and monitor submission status.
• Support day-to-day finance administration, bank visits and communication with internal or external stakeholders in English as needed.
Mandatory Qualifications
• Direct hands-on experience independently preparing and submitting Indonesian annual corporate tax returns; Coretax/DJP proficiency.
• Knowledge of company finance documentation, bookkeeping and basic financial administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email and online filing/submission systems.
• Working spoken and written English; accuracy, confidentiality and ability to organize work independently.
• Willingness to work on a hybrid schedule in North Jakarta and attend office or bank visits when required. Preferred Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a relevant area.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax administration beyond annual corporate filing and experience with online portals. • Previous exposure to finance operations in a company environment.
