Job description for Junior Finance,Accounting & Tax Staff at PT Growinc Teknologi Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly internal financial reports.
- Record daily financial transactions (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank).
- Monitor & follow up on Accounts Receiveble (A/R).
- Assist in the budgeting process and monitoring of budget realization.
- Prepare and assist data and supporting documents for tax purposes.
- Maintain proper organizzation and completeness of finalcial documents.
- Support internal and eketernal audit requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial data and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Tax certification (Brevet A/B) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Experience using accounting systems/software.
- Basic understanding of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Basic knowledge of taxation regulations and tax reporting procedures.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Currently residing in Gading Serpong or willing to work in Gading Serpong.
