Job description for Junior E-commerce Executive at YOBO

KAHI Junior E-commerce Executive (Beauty)

Level : Associate

Years of working tenure : Minimum 1-2 years of related experience.

Full English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Run daily end-to-end store operations on owned platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, KAHI Indonesia website) — listings, pricing, stock, promo mechanics, vouchers and storefront quality
Execute platform campaigns from brief to go-live independently, registering every eligible campaign before the deadline and having mechanics and assets live by D-1
Monitor stock and out-of-stock risk daily across all platforms, flagging stock-out exposure at least 14 days ahead against agreed cover thresholds
Support live commerce operations — product setup, voucher activation and stock readiness confirmed at least two hours before go-live — alongside affiliate and KOL coordination
Track daily GMV, orders, traffic, conversion, ads spend and ROAS; deliver a daily dashboard by 10:00 WIB and a weekly recap with commentary on drivers and risks

Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience operating Shopee Seller Centre and TikTok Shop Seller Centre independently, end-to-end — this is a day-one requirement, not something trained from scratch
Proficiency in key tools: Seller Centre dashboards, marketplace ads dashboards, an OMS, and Google Sheets (filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Working command of core e-commerce metrics (GMV, orders, traffic, conversion rate, ads spend, ROAS) and able to spot and escalate anomalies with context, not just report them
Detail-oriented and accurate under daily volume, with strict pricing discipline — no unauthorised discounting, price parity maintained across platforms
Able to demonstrate a campaign you personally set up from brief to go-live, aware of Indonesian marketplace cosmetic listing requirements (BPOM notification numbers, prohibited claims, correct category placement), and available for live sessions and peak dates including Harbolnas and double-date campaigns
