We are looking for Junior Drafter!
About the Role
As a Junior Drafter, you'll work directly alongside our architecture team to produce accurate and well-coordinated working drawings. Your output is a critical foundation for both design and business decisions on every project we take on.
Responsibilities
- Create and refine architectural working drawings (shop drawings, detail drawings) based on designs from the architecture team
- Produce structural and MEP working drawings in accordance with project requirements
- Calculate Bills of Quantity (BQ) to support the cost estimation process
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings align with on-site conditions
- Maintain and organize drawing documents in an accurate and systematic manner
Qualifications
- Minimum SMK / D3 / D4 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD (required)
- Familiar with Revit (a plus)
- Experience in Structural or MEP projects (a plus)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they are already proficient in drafting software
- Detail-oriented, patient, and comfortable working with technical numbers and specifications
- Able to work both collaboratively and independently under clear deadlines
