Job description for Junior DevOps Engineer at Partners Hub Indonesia
Willing to do 4x WFo and 1x WFH
We are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to work collaboratively with the development and operations teams in maintaining internal systems, business applications, and SaaS products.
The role will support application deployment, server and cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, troubleshooting, backups, security, and documentation. Candidates should have basic knowledge of algorithms, data structures, TypeScript or JavaScript, PHP, Linux, Git, Docker, databases, networking, REST APIs, and web application architecture. Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Nginx, PostgreSQL, Redis, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and infrastructure automation is an advantage but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome. We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving fundamentals, attention to detail, willingness to read technical documentation, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with teams, receiving feedback, and using AI tools responsibly for coding, research, debugging, and documentation. They should not rely blindly on AI-generated answers and must be willing to verify their work through testing, logs, documentation, and systematic investigation.
