Junior Data Entry
We are looking for detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable Junior Data Entry to join our fast-growing team in Tangerang.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is comfortable working with data, documents, Excel, and Google Workspace, and is interested in developing experience in purchasing, logistics, and operational administration within an international business environment.
Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain purchasing, payment, inventory, and operational data accurately.
- Check and verify invoices, bills, purchase requests, and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Organize digital and physical documents and ensure records are properly maintained.
- Update Excel/Google Sheets and prepare basic reports, trackers, and data summaries.
- Follow up on pending documents, requests, and data from Purchasing, Finance, Warehouse, Operations, and other teams.
- Assist the team with administrative and data-related tasks as needed.
- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Willing to work on-site from Monday to Sunday during peak season, based on operational requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data management skills.
- Available to join immediately or within this month.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in Data Entry, Administration, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, or Operations is a plus.
