Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply, or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of server hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with server rack installation, cable management, and network cabling is a plus.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work on-site (WFO) and on a shift schedule if required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, relocation, and organization of servers within the data center.
- Perform routine physical inspections of servers and supporting equipment.
- Assist in replacing basic server hardware components such as hard drives, RAM, and power supplies under supervision.
- Ensure proper cable management for power and network connections.
- Monitor the physical condition of the data center and report any issues or abnormalities.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and maintain operational documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support day-to-day data center operations.
