Requirements :
- have experience as Data Analyst / Business Analyst with 1 year of experience (junior) or 3+ years of experience (middle).
- familiar with various SQL Server and Reporting Tools.
- familiar to checking data report from user.
- have great knowledge and proficiency in SQL (basic)
- have great knowledge using Ms. Excel for checking compare data (Must)
- have great analysis and problem-solving skill.
- Fluent in English.
Job Description :
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop recurring and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders.
- Build dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to underwriting, claims, sales, and customer service.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities through data analysis.
- Support business teams with data extraction and report automation.
- Perform SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Risk, and IT.
