Job Description:
Assist in creating detailed project budgets, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs.
Identify potential cost risks and mitigation strategies.
Monitor project expenditures against the approved budget.
Analyze variances between actual costs and budgeted amounts.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement corrective actions.
Prepare regular cost reports for project stakeholders, including cost performance indices and earned value analysis.
Provide timely updates on project budget status.
Review and evaluate change orders for their impact on project costs.
Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to minimize the financial impact of changes.
Provide cost analysis and recommendations for procurement decisions.
Assist in the selection of vendors and subcontractors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
1 years of experience in cost control or a similar role.
Placement: Makassar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
