Job Title: Junior Commercial Analyst

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply! (Any experience in finance or data analysis is a bonus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bonus: Familiarity with ERP systems, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Self-motivated and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Good communication skills to work smoothly with other departments.
- Note: Candidates living in or near the Nagoya area are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Help the finance team with monthly closing and reporting tasks.
- Track and review sales and profit numbers for different brands and customers.
- Check the math on pricing, promotions, and deals to make sure they are profitable.
- Team up with Sales and Marketing to share financial insights that help them make better business choices.
- Look for ways to make our daily reporting faster and easier to read.
