Job Description:
- Support the management and monitoring of cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Assist in maintaining reliable infrastructure to support application development and production environments.
- Support the implementation and management of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Perform deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of Linux servers and application environments.
- Assist in managing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using GitHub.
- Monitor system alerts, logs, and performance, and escalate incidents according to established SOPs.
- Assist with infrastructure optimization, system maintenance, and operational improvements.
- Maintain documentation of infrastructure configurations, changes, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and other technical teams to support smooth deployment and system operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a DevOps/Cloud Engineer.
- Basic to intermediate hands-on experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Good understanding of Linux server administration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Terraform.
- Basic scripting knowledge using Bash and/or Python.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule when required.
