Job description for Junior Chef at PIB COLLEGE (POLITEKNIK INTERNASIONAL BALI)

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum iploma (D1/D2/D3) in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
  2. Fresh graduates with relevant culinary education are welcome to apply.
  3. Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or similar food service environment is preferred.
  4. Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
  5. Familiar with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
  6. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
