Junior Business Development

Job Description

As a Junior Business Development, you will play a role in supporting the development of the company's business strategy by exploring market opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in the implementation of the company's growth strategy. Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and relevant industry trends.
• Establish communication with potential clients or partners to introduce the company's products and services.
• Assist in the creation of business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Support the team in negotiating and maintaining relationships with clients or business partners.
• Analyze sales data and market performance to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations in business development.
• Prepare periodic business progress reports to the team and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• 1 year of work experience in business development, marketing, or related positions (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work in a team or independently with clear targets.
• Good data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Understand marketing strategies and negotiation techniques.
• Experience in organizational activities or internships in related fields is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry, healthcare, engineering, information technology, and tourism (a plus)
