Junior Business Development
PT Chemdo Group Indonesia is seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our Business Development team and support our expansion in the Indonesian plastics and chemical raw materials market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with manufacturers, distributors, and industrial customers.
- Promote our portfolio of commodity plastics, engineering plastics, and chemical raw materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with overseas headquarters and internal teams regarding pricing, product specifications, and order fulfillment.
- Conduct customer visits, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and customer pipeline updates.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B sales is required, preferably in international trading, plastics, chemicals, or industrial raw materials.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Willing to conduct customer visits and work on-site in Tangerang.

- Probation Period: 3 months, subject to performance evaluation
