Eklipse is opening a new revenue stream: getting game studios to fund creator campaigns directly through our Bounty program. Instead of studios running influencer campaigns through agencies and hoping for reach, they put the budget into Eklipse's Bounty pool — we activate our creator network, distribute the clips, and hand them back verified performance data. The studio pays for results. The creators earn. We take the margin. We have the product, the creator base, and early signals this works. What we need now is the person who builds the studio pipeline from zero — the outreach, the pitch, the close, and eventually the process that scales it. This is a founding role. You'll work without a playbook and own everything from first contact to signed contract. As the motion matures, you'll build the team underneath you.
Build the studio GTM motion
- Define the ICP: which studios, publishers, and indie labels are the right first targets — and why
- Build the outreach strategy, pitch narrative, and pricing logic for studio-funded bounty campaigns
- Develop the sales process from scratch: targeting criteria, sequencing, proposal templates, negotiation approach
- Establish how Eklipse shows up in B2B conversations — positioning, materials, first impressions
Pitch and close studio deals
- Sell Eklipse's bounty model as a performance channel: studios put in budget, creators compete for it through clip views, studio gets distribution and verified ROI
- Structure first contracts to validate PMF — start with 100% of studio budget flowing to creators, prove the results, monetize on renewal and margin
- Surface what studios actually need: feedback that sharpens product, pricing, and service design
Own the external materials
- Build and maintain all studio-facing materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, proposals, campaign case study templates
- Work with product to develop the studio-facing reporting layer: campaign brief input, creator pool visibility, clip output, spend vs. views ROI
- Make sure every touchpoint reflects Eklipse's positioning accurately and professionally
What we're looking for
- Experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience building or contributing to a sales motion from early stage — you've figured out the approach before, not just followed a script
- Strong outreach instincts: you write your own cold messages, manage your own follow-up, and don't wait for warm leads
- Sharp on commercial logic — you can structure a deal, explain a performance-based pricing model, and know when to walk away
- Professional English, written and spoken
- Background in gaming, creator economy, or influencer/performance marketing
Nice to have:
- Existing relationships at game studios, publishers, or esports organizations
- Familiarity with how studio marketing teams plan and commit creator/influencer budgets
- Experience with performance-based models: bounty programs, CPI, revenue share
- GDC, Gamescom, or similar industry event experience
