Job description for Junior Business Analyst/Solution Architect at PT Data Labs Analytics
Job Description:
- Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to assess data maturity, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Scope end-to-end data projects (BI, data engineering, data warehousing, and AI/ML solutions).
- Author RFI/RFP responses, detailed technical proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs), including cost and effort estimates.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, solution pitches, and Proofs of Concepts (PoCs) to C-suite executives and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops to elicit, document, and analyze client business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Perform gap analyses between existing client data infrastructures and proposed target states.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Hands-on experience with modern BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Understanding of cloud data architectures (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure.
- Strong skills in requirement articulation, solution scoping, executive presentation, and workshop facilitation.
