Job description for Junior Brand Manager at SIRKA
Job Description:
- Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, trust, and business growth.
- Manage marketing budgets, creative agencies, media agencies, and KOL partnerships.
- Develop content strategies and campaigns in collaboration with doctors and healthcare professionals to build brand credibility.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with Indonesian healthcare advertising regulations and are reviewed by medical professionals when required.
- Monitor marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on leads, consultation bookings, clinic visits, and revenue.
- Work closely with clinic operations and customer service teams to improve patient conversion, retention, and referral.
- Develop marketing initiatives for both B2C and B2B channels, including corporate and employer partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, integrated marketing, or growth marketing.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, creative agencies, media agencies, and KOLs independently.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign performance analysis.
- Understanding of the customer journey from brand awareness to lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare advertising regulations and medical content compliance.
- Strong communication, analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, medical services, or other regulated industries.
- Experience launching new services or clinic locations.
- Experience working with doctors, medical KOLs, or patient education campaigns.
- Exposure to B2B marketing, corporate wellness, or employer partnerships.
- Familiarity with CRM, WhatsApp-based lead management, and patient retention strategies.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
