Job description for Junior Barista - Mall Kelapa Gading at PT Pancious Tirta Jaya
PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya, an expanding and leading casual dining restaurant in Jakarta is looking for highly motivated and experienced Junior Barista. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Making various types of drinks, especially: Coffee, cocktails, mocktails, mojitos, milkshakes, etc.
- Ensure drinks are served promptly and to the highest quality standard
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school, diploma or equivalent
- Min. 1 year of experience working in as a Junior Bartender / Barista
- Strong knowledge of Coffee, cocktails, mocktails, mojitos, milkshakes, etc.
- Good communication
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Will be placed according to domicile: Mall Kelapa Gading
