We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join our boutique law firm. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of legal work, including research, drafting, and client support across various practice areas.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Legal Support: Assist the Partner and legal team in preparing and handling ongoing cases
2. Client Communication: Attend meetings, gather case information, and provide timely updates
3. Government Liaison: Coordinate with Indonesian government agencies and relevant service providers
4. Drafting & Review: Prepare and review legal documents (contracts, legal opinions, and correspondence) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
5. Legal Research: Conduct structured legal research on Indonesian and international law
6. Content Contribution: Support the development of legal articles and client-facing materials for the firm’s website and publications
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills:
1. Bachelor of Law (S.H.) from a reputable university
2. Must be a registered member of PERADI
3. Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
4. Strong legal drafting and research skills
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. High level of discipline, responsiveness, and attention to detail
7. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work under supervision
8. Professional attitude and strong work ethic
9. Ability to work effectively in a boutique law firm environment
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior internship or work experience in a law firm is an advantage
2. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
