Description
Act as a team member to fulfill the architectural design needs of the company's projects. Assist and collaborate with the Drawing Supervisor in preparing detailed drawings/architectural plans as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Architectural Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (REQUIRED).
- Fresh graduates or a maximum of 2 years of experience.
- Energetic, creative individuals with strong communication skills.
- Ability to use basic software such as AutoCAD & SketchUp.
- Active SIM A/C license and having personal vehicle are preferred.
- Can join as soon as possible
Job Description
- Develop design concepts for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with the Drawing Supervisor to deliver creative designs that meet the needs and applicable architectural standards.
- Adapt designs to fit project budgets and timelines.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, or required construction details.
- Prepare technical documents and material specifications as needed.
- Work with the field team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct evaluations and analyses of site plans, taking into account applicable aspects and regulations.
Working Days = Monday - Saturday (09.00 - 17.00)
